Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance us challenges among adults.

We will offer four virtual certification dates in the fall of 2026:

  • Two days (3 hrs each required) September 14th & 15th from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
  • Two day (3 hrs each required) September 22nd & 23rd from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
  • September 19th 12:00 - 7:00 PM
  • September 25nd 12:30 - 7:30 PM

This course is valued at $170. However, to offset costs of receiving training, we are excited to offer the course at $35, the cost of the training materials. Any funding given beyond the $35 materials fee will be considered a donation to SeizingPsych.

Please note that there will be 2 hours of required, self-paced prework before attending the live session over Zoom.
